Harmony Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in California, about 1.7 miles from the town of Scotts Flat. The trail is an out-and-back, roughly 0.4 miles long, with a one-way climb of about 28 feet from a low point of 3,655 feet to a high of 3,702 feet. It's a quick ride, and its low elevation gain makes it a natural stop for anyone already exploring the area. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Nevada City weather station show May highs around 71°F and October highs around 71°F, with only a few wet days in each month. That station sits about 900 feet lower than the trail, so temperatures on the trail run cooler. Scotts Flat Trail is just 0.1 mile away, and Hoot Trail is about 0.7 mile off.
