Harmony Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in Tahoe National Forest, managed by the Forest Service in California, about 0.6 miles from the town of Nevada City. The trail is an out-and-back, 1.3 miles long, with a low point of 3,640 feet and a high of 3,733 feet, a climb of about 80 feet one way. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from the nearby Nevada City weather station, about 4 miles away, show highs around 71°F in May and October, with June and September highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. The station sits nearly 1,000 feet below the trail, so temperatures on the route run cooler. Scotts Flat Trail is just 0.1 mile away, and Hoot Trail is about 0.6 mile off. For climbing, South Yuba River: Edward's Crossing is roughly 3.7 miles away, and White Cloud campground is about 5.7 miles away.
