Freeman Creek is a hard hike in the Western Divide Ranger District of Sequoia National Forest in California, on Forest Service land. It is an out-and-back route of about 10.4 miles, climbing from a low point of 5,602 feet to a high point of 7,301 feet, a gain of about 1,733 feet. The trail is on natural surface, and horses and bikes are both allowed. The route is open year-round, and the closest neighbors are Summit Trail, about 0.3 miles away, and Quaking Aspen campground and Quaking Aspen Cabin, each about 0.9 miles off. For climbing, Hermit Spires lies about 2.9 miles away.
