Devil's Punchbowl is a 3-mile out-and-back hike in the Siskiyou Wilderness, part of the Happy Camp Ranger District of Klamath National Forest in northern California. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is a natural-surface route with a moderate rating. The climb starts at about 3,275 feet and reaches 4,770 feet at the high point, with a total elevation gain of 1,666 feet. That makes it a steady, moderate day rather than a steep scramble. Several other outings sit within a few miles. Buck Lake (To Clear Cr.) is about 1.7 miles away, and Buck Lake and Doe Flat are both within 3 miles. For an overnight stay, Bear Basin Lookout and Cabin is about 4.4 miles off.
