Tillie Creek #4 is a group campground in the Kern River Ranger District of Sequoia National Forest, about 10 miles from Lake Isabella, California. The Forest Service manages the land, and the site is part of the Tillie Creek Group, which includes Tillie Creek #2 and Tillie Creek #3, both about 0.1 mile away. The campground has picnic tables, fire rings, a playground, water and bathrooms. It can accommodate groups of 1 to 60 people. All developed campground areas on the Forest operate under a concessionaire permit with Rocky Mountain Recreation (RMR), and the site's fee is charged. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 80°F and October highs around 81°F, while July and August average near 99°F. Lake Isabella is about 2.1 miles away, and the Isabella Peak Lookout hike is about 2.2 miles off.
