Garden Point Boating is a Forest Service campground in the Yuba River Ranger District of Tahoe National Forest in California. It sits within the national forest's recreation sites, and the land is managed by the Forest Service. Vault toilets are the only listed amenity. A fee is charged for use. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 76°F and October highs around 78°F, while July and August average about 94°F with almost no wet days. Bullards Bar Trail is about 0.8 miles away, and the Dark Day and Hornswoggle campgrounds are within about a mile and a half. Paddlers can find Shady Creek about 7 miles off.
