Womble Trail is a hard hike of about 20.7 miles round trip in the Womble Ranger District of Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas, managed by the Forest Service. The route is an out-and-back that climbs from about 813 feet to about 1,017 feet, with a total elevation gain of 822 feet. The steepest part comes at about 8.7 miles in, where the grade reaches 16%. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show October highs around 73°F and April highs around 71°F, while July and August average about 90°F. Several other trails start close by.
