Syllamo Bike Trail-Jacks Branc is a hard, 12.9-mile loop in Arkansas's Ozark-St. Francis National Forest, on the Sylamore Ranger District. The trail climbs from about 980 feet to about 990 feet, with a total elevation gain of 1,140 feet. The steepest section comes around the 2.3-mile mark, where the grade reaches about 13%. The trail is a natural-surface route, open to bikes and not to horses, and it is not accessible. The Forest Service manages the surrounding land, and the trail stays open year round. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Mtn View weather station, at about 716 feet, show April highs around 71°F and October highs around 73°F, with lows near 48°F in April and 49°F in October.
