Thor's Chasm is a bouldering area in Arizona, about 0.8 miles from the town of Granite Dells. It sits among a cluster of climbing and hiking spots, with the West Shore and Watson Lake Bouldering climbing areas and the North Shore Trail all within about a tenth of a mile. The area has nine bouldering routes, all rated on the V scale from V2 to V8. The routes are listed with their grades and first ascent details. Black Magic is V2, Wide Open Gasch is V8, and A Painful Truth is V4, the median level in the range. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Prescott weather station show highs around 68°F in April and 73°F in October, while July averages reach 90°F and August and September bring more wet days. For more time on the water, Lynx Lake Marina & Store Boating Site and Lynx Campground lie about 5 miles away.
