Rad Rocks and Mystery Stump is a bouldering area in the Bradshaw Ranger District of Prescott National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with The Wave Area and Nail up Rock each about 0.1 mile away. The area is a bouldering destination, with seven routes all rated on the V scale. The grades run from V3 to V9, and the styles are all bouldering. Among the named routes are The Chronic at V3, Farmer John at V4, and Mainline at V8. Mystery Stump is a V4, and Touch of Death (Mystery Stump Right) is a V9. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Prescott show May highs around 76°F and October highs around 73°F, while July and August average about 90°F. Groom Creek Horse Camp and Groom Creek Schoolhouse are both about 0.3 mile away, and the Horsecamp Loop hike is close by. Lynx Lake Recreation Area, about 4.7 miles off, offers fishing.
