The Headwall is a climbing area in Echo Canyon Park, on county land in Arizona. It sits among a cluster of climbing and hiking spots, with Gargoyle Wall and the Echo Canyon Trail both about 0.1 mile away. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit.
