Twisted Sister Trail is a 1.67-mile out-and-back mountain biking route in the Mesa Ranger District of Tonto National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is rated moderate and is best suited for intermediate riders. It offers a classic Arizona mountain biking experience, with technical challenges spread across mixed terrain that tests bike handling skills without overwhelming newer riders. The trail's one-way climb reaches about 332 feet, and the round trip totals about 625 feet of elevation gain and loss. The steepest section comes at about 1.5 miles in, with a 14% grade. The route starts at a low point of about 1,489 feet and climbs to about 1,822 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from the nearby Fountain Hills weather station show March highs around 74°F and November highs around 74°F, while June and July average in the low to mid 100s. Riverview Trail and Big Sister Trail both sit about 0.1 mile away, and Bush Lite West is about 0.2 mile off. For an overnight stay, Larry Forbis campground is about 5.5 miles away.
