Spring Mountain Trail is a 6.9-mile loop in the Flagstaff Ranger District of Coconino National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. The route rises about 240 feet from a low point of 7,516 feet to a high of 7,796 feet, and it is rated hard. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Ft Valley show May highs around 71°F and October highs around 66°F, while July and August bring the most wet days of the year. Several other outings sit within a few miles.
