Pima East Loop is a 1.3-mile loop hike in Phoenix South Mountain Park, on city land in Phoenix, Arizona. The trail is rated easy, with a total elevation gain of about 300 feet, and it makes a short outing for anyone exploring the park's network of trails. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically November through March, when typical averages from a nearby weather station at Phoenix Sky Harbor run from highs around 66°F in December to about 78°F in March. Summer is hot, with typical July highs near 106°F. Bikes and horses are both allowed on the trail. Pima West Loop Trail and Pima Wash Trail both lie about 0.2 miles away, and the Desert Classic Trail is about 0.3 miles off. Climbers can find the Pima Canyon Area about 1.3 miles away.
