Kendrick Mountain Trail is an out-and-back hike in Arizona's Kaibab National Forest, within the Williams Ranger District. The trailhead is named Kendrick Mountain Trailhead, and the parking is labeled KENDRICK MOUNTAIN TRAILHEAD. The route is rated expert, and it covers about 8.5 miles with a total elevation gain of 2,666 feet, from a low point of 7,725 feet to a high of 10,398 feet. The climb is a long, steep one. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is part of the national forest's network of routes. Plan on a full day, and expect the high point to be the most demanding part of the trip. Several other trails lie within a few miles. Connector Trail #80 is about 2.8 miles away, and Pumpkin Trail #39 is about 3 miles away. Bull Basin Trail #40 is about 3.5 miles away, and Spring Valley Cabin & Bunkhouse is about 5.5 miles away for anyone wanting to camp.
