Connect is an easy, out-and-back hike of about 2.6 miles in the Clifton Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in eastern Arizona. The trail rises about 47 feet from a low point of 6,264 feet to a high of 6,596 feet, and it is rated easy. The trail is on natural surface, and it is open to both horses and bikes. It is not an accessible trail. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 77°F and October highs around 72°F, while July and August bring highs near 89°F and the most wet days of the year. The Fry Trailhead area is close by, with Hl Canyon about half a mile away and the Granville Connection Trail and Plateau within about a mile and a half. Granville Campground is about 2.7 miles off.
