Ac Trail is a 2.3-mile easy hike in the Clifton Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in eastern Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. The route is out and back, with a low point of about 4,326 feet and a high of about 4,771 feet, and it gains about 260 feet of elevation on the way up. The trail is natural-surface and allows horses and bikes. It is not an accessible trail. Horse Canyon Trail #36 starts just 0.3 miles away. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Glenwood, NM weather station show highs around 74°F in April and 76°F in October, with July and August highs near 91°F and more wet days. Other trails within a few miles include Alder and Clear Creek, and the Juan Miller campgrounds sit about 9.5 miles away.
