Grab Mill Road is a 6.6-mile out-and-back hike in Alabama's National Forests in Alabama, within the Conecuh Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail begins at an elevation of about 247 feet, climbing to a high point of 254 feet before descending back to the start. The route is rated moderate, with a total elevation gain of 275 feet for the round trip, and the steepest stretch comes at about 2.1 miles, with a 4% grade.
