Resetting a password you've forgotten
Request a reset link from the sign-in page and set a new password. Links work once and expire quickly.
Requesting a reset link
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and enter your email address. If an account exists for that address, a reset email is on its way. For your protection we show the same message whether or not an account exists, so the page never reveals which addresses are registered.
Open the link in the same browser
Reset links work once and expire quickly. Open the link in the same browser you requested it from — opening it somewhere else, or after it has already been used, will not work. If you get a message saying the link cannot be used, request a fresh one; it is quick and there is no limit on trying again.
Setting the new password
The link opens a page where you set a new password. It must be at least 8 characters. Once you confirm it, you are signed in and taken back into Roamze.
What else changes
Setting a new password signs out your other devices and disconnects your connected apps, including AI assistants. This is deliberate — if someone else had access, resetting your password should remove it everywhere. You will need to reconnect those apps afterwards.
If the email does not arrive
Check your spam or junk folder first, and confirm you used the address you signed up with. If you originally signed up with Google or Apple, you may not have a Roamze password at all — use that same button on the sign-in page instead.
