Summit Trail is a cross-country ski route in the Laramie Ranger District of the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest in Wyoming, managed by the Forest Service. The trail starts and ends at nearly the same elevation, with a low point of about 8,776 feet and a high of about 8,780 feet. The total round-trip distance is about 0.34 miles, and the climb is flat, with a total gain and loss of about 15 feet each. The route is rated easy, and the most comfortable months for skiing are typically January and February, when typical averages from a nearby weather station run to highs around 33 to 35°F and lows near 12 to 15°F. Several other ski routes sit close by. Moose Loop is about 0.1 mile away, and Tie City Loop and Phil's Pholly are each about 0.2 mile away.
