Hudson Meadow is a moderate hike in the Popo Agie Wilderness, part of the Washakie Ranger District of Shoshone National Forest in Wyoming. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is a natural-surface out-and-back route about 6 miles long, with a one-way climb of roughly 1,200 feet from a low point of about 8,550 feet to a high of about 9,770 feet. The trail sits within designated wilderness, so plan for a backcountry experience. The Middle Fork and Twin Lakes (Buzz Lakes) hikes both start within half a mile, making it easy to link them into a longer day. Worthen Meadow Campground and Worthen Meadows Campground, about 2.5 miles away, offer places to stay overnight.
