Crow Creek is a 10-mile out-and-back hike on natural surface in the Laramie Ranger District of the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest in Wyoming. The trail climbs about 450 feet from a low point of 8,316 feet to a high of 8,756 feet, and the Forest Service lists it as a hard route. The trail is open year-round, and the Forest Service allows bikes and horses. It is not accessible. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Laramie, about 7 miles away, show July highs near 81°F and lows around 52°F. That station sits roughly 1,350 feet lower than the trail's high point, so temperatures up top run cooler. The Crow Creek Connection mountain biking route starts just 0.1 mile away, and the Haunted Forest Trail and Summit Trail for cross-country skiing are each about 0.2 mile off. Climbers can head to Beehive Buttress, about 0.7 mile away.
