Bailey Creek is a hard hike of about 6.7 miles in an out-and-back route, with a one-way climb of 614 feet, in the Teton Wilderness of Wyoming's Bridger-Teton National Forest. The Blackrock Ranger District manages the land, and the Forest Service oversees it. The trail is on natural surface, and horses are allowed. Bikes are not. The route starts at a low point of about 7,330 feet and reaches a high of about 7,936 feet. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical July averages from a nearby weather station at Moran run to highs around 77°F and lows near 42°F, and snow is common from November through April. Arizona Creek Trail lies about 1.4 miles away, and Arizona Meadows Turnout is about 1.8 miles off. For camping, Sheffield Campground is about 8 miles away, and Pilgrim Creek offers canoeing about 4 miles away.
