Hannegan Peak is a summit in Washington's Mount Baker Wilderness, part of the Mt. Baker Ranger District of Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. The nearest town is Glacier, about 18 miles away. The Hannegan Peak Trail lies about half a mile from the summit and is the closest route to it. Two other trails, the Ruth Summer Cross Country Trail and the Ruth Arm Trail, both sit roughly 1.8 miles away. Beyond the trails, the surrounding area includes Mt.
