Power Shower Boulder is a bouldering area in Washington's Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, within the Snoqualmie Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the boulders sit among several other climbing areas, making this corner of the forest a compact hub for boulderers. The climbing here is all bouldering, with nine routes on offer, ranging from V3 to V9 on the V scale. The names of the boulders themselves are as colorful as the grades. Golden Power Shower is a V7, and its direct variation is a V9. Watersports is V5, and Golden Toe Power is V4. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. At the Cedar Lake weather station, about 15 miles away, July and August average highs around 70°F, with only eight to nine wet days a month, compared with 17 to 20 wet days in winter months. Two other bouldering areas sit just 0.1 mile away: Booka Boulders and Man About Town Boulder. For time on foot, the Middle Fork Trail is under a mile off, and Middle Fork Campground is about 1.8 miles away.
