Exit 34: Middle Fork & Taylor River is a climbing area in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness, within the Snoqualmie Ranger District of Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington. The Forest Service manages the land, and the site sits right along the highway. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run to highs around 68 to 69°F in July and August with lows near 50°F, while winter months bring highs around freezing and rain on 20 days a month. Bouldering neighbors the area closely. Power Shower Boulder and Booka Boulders are each about 0.9 miles away, and Man About Town Boulder is about a mile off. Middle Fork Campground, roughly 2.3 miles away, is the nearest place to camp.
