The Pasayten Wilderness is a designated wilderness area in north-central Washington, within the Tonasket Ranger District of the Colville National Forest. The Forest Service manages the land, and the wilderness itself is the main unit here. The area is a climbing destination, with two alpine routes listed: NW Ridge at 5.2 and Apex Buttress at 5.9. Both are alpine in style, and the grades range from 5.2 to 5.9. Windy Creek is a hike about 1.5 miles away, and the Albert Camp Trail and Boundary Trail are both about 2.9 miles off. For more climbing, Toats Coulee - Middle Fork (Loomis) lies about 6.4 miles away.
