It sits right next to two other climbing areas, the Midnight Lichen Group and the Thermopylae Wall, both about 0.1 mile away, which makes it easy to pair with those for a full day of climbing. The area has 22 bouldering routes, ranging from V0- to V6. The easiest are Box Seats at V0- and Pillow Talk at V0+, while Metroid Prime is the hardest at V6. The median grade is V2, so climbers of all levels can find something to work on here. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July and August highs around 72°F with lows near 54°F and only about nine or ten wet days a month. Winter is much wetter and colder, with highs in the low 40s and snow on several days a month from December through March. For a change of pace, the Lake Isabel Trail is about 0.6 mile away, and the Wallace River offers canoeing about 2.7 miles off.
