Mima Falls West is a mountain biking spot in Washington managed by the State Department of Natural Resources. It sits at a single elevation of about 491 feet, with no climb at all, so it works as a flat, low-lying ride rather than a climb. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Olympia show July and August highs around 78°F with only about five wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the mid-40s and rain on roughly 20 days a month. Lost Valley, a mountain biking route, is about a mile away. The MnM Trail and Mima Falls Tie are both hikes within about 1.7 miles, and Sherman Creek offers canoeing at a similar distance.
