Honeymoon Campground is a small, forested campsite along Eightmile Creek in the Methow Valley Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in Washington. The Forest Service manages the land. The site is named after the honeymoon spot of a past forest ranger and his wife, and the maximum campsite length is 22 feet. Vault toilets are the only amenity on site. A fee is charged for stays. The closest neighboring campground is Ruffed Grouse Campground, about a mile away. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Mazama put July and August highs around 84°F with lows in the mid-50s and only four to five wet days a month, while winter highs sit in the 20s with lows around 16°F. That station sits well below the campground, so temperatures at the site run cooler. The Copper Glance Trail No. 519 is a nearby option, and the 8 Mile Road leads to Trail #477 Hidden Lakes and Trail #502.
