Lost Spring is a short, easy mountain biking route in Pocahontas State Park in Virginia, managed by the State Department of Conservation. The out-and-back ride covers about 2.8 miles, with a low point of 160 feet and a high of 270 feet, and the climb totals about 105 feet one way. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride.
