Wood Hill is a climbing area on Bureau of Land Management land in the Price Field Office of Utah, about 5 miles from the town of Price. The land is managed by the BLM, and the area is close to several other climbing spots and trails. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Price show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 77°F, while July averages about 90°F and January highs sit near 35°F. That station sits roughly 1,000 feet below the climbing area, so temperatures at the hill run cooler. Turtle Rabbit Coyote, another climbing area, is about half a mile away. The Lollypop mountain biking trail and the North Dead Dog and Floating Rocks hikes are each about 3 miles off.
