The Wasatch Resort is a bouldering area in Utah's Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, within the Salt Lake Ranger District, managed by the Forest Service. It is a cluster of boulders rather than a single climb, with about 90 routes, all boulders, ranging from V0 to V11, and it sits right next to other climbing and riding spots. The warmest stretch is summer, when typical averages from a nearby weather station run from highs around 91°F in July to about 89°F in August. Winter is cold, with January highs near 38°F and lows around 23°F. That station sits a few hundred feet lower than the resort, so temperatures here run a bit cooler. Among the closest neighbors are Allen's Ridge Area, about 0.2 miles away, and Super Slab, about 0.3 miles away. The Alpenbock Loop hike and the Temple Quarry Interpretive mountain biking trail are both about 0.3 miles off.
