Spirit Walker Cave is a bouldering area in the Ogden Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in northern Utah. It sits among a cluster of climbing and hiking destinations, with the Upper Boulder Field and Utahnics Wall both about 0.1 mile away and the Bonneville Shoreline Trail passing within a tenth of a mile. The area is a bouldering destination, with nine routes all rated on the V scale. The grades run from V5 up to V13-14, and the hardest of them, Spirit Walker, was first climbed by Anthony Chertudi. Other named routes include Blood & Fire at V10- and Pins & Feathers at V11. Summer is the warmest stretch for a visit. Typical averages from the nearby Pineview Dam weather station show July highs around 87°F with lows near 50°F, while winter highs stay in the low 30s. The station sits about 330 feet lower than the cave, so temperatures at the boulders run a little cooler. The closest overnight options are Maples Campground, about 3 miles away, and Anderson Cove, about 7.5 miles away. Paddlers can reach the Ogden River about 1.8 miles off.
