Zen Trail is a mountain biking route on state trust lands in southern Utah, set within the State Trust Lands Tonaquint Block. The State Land Board manages the land, and the trail is an out-and-back that rises from about 2,765 feet to about 2,929 feet over a 2.4-mile round trip. It is a hard ride. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby St George weather station show April highs around 75°F and October highs around 79°F, while July and August average about 100°F. The trail sits right next to a cluster of climbing areas. Shot Hole Boulder is about 0.2 miles away, and Moe's Valley and Fool's Gold are each about 0.3 miles off. Red Bluff Canyon, about 0.7 miles away, offers a hiking option nearby.
