Highline is a short mountain biking route in the Logan Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in northern Utah, managed by the Forest Service. The route is just under 0.8 miles long, and it lies between about 4,850 and 4,878 feet with no gain, so it's a flat stretch that riders can pick up and drop off without much climbing. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run from highs in the upper 80s in July to around 76°F in September, while winter highs sit near freezing. The station sits a few hundred feet lower than the route, so temperatures on the trail may run slightly cooler. Other options sit close by. The River mountain biking route is about 0.2 miles away, and the River Trail hike is about 0.3 miles away. Climbers can head to First Practice Wall and Monkey Wrench Buttress, both about 0.6 miles off. For an overnight stay, Spring Hollow Campground is roughly 2.8 miles away.
