Roller Coaster is a mountain biking route on Bureau of Land Management land in the Moab Field Office, about 10 miles from the town of Moab, Utah. The ride is an out-and-back of about 1.3 miles, with a one-way climb of 75 feet from a low point of 4,372 feet to a high of 4,460 feet. It is rated hard. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 78°F and October highs around 68°F, while July averages about 96°F. The Roller Coaster Trail and Carousel Trail are both about 0.1 mile away, and the Midway mountain biking route is just as close. Arches National Park is about 3.5 miles off.
