Ruth Lake Climbing Area is a short mountain biking route in the Evanston-Mountain View Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. The nearest town is Christmas Meadow Summer Home Area, about 7.5 miles away. The climb is a short one, about 0.3 miles long, with a total gain of 208 feet from a low point of 10,311 feet to a high of 10,545 feet. It makes an easy addition to a day spent exploring the surrounding climbing and lakes. Chief Wall and Ruth Lake sit about 0.1 mile away, and Good Medicine Area is also close by. For a longer outing, Lofty Lake Loop is about 0.7 mile off.
