Peavine-Thousand Lake is a hard out-and-back hike of about 10.6 miles in the Fremont River Ranger District of Fishlake National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. The trail gains about 1,087 feet in elevation, with the low point at roughly 10,203 feet and the high at about 11,220 feet. Bikes are allowed, and the surface is natural. The route starts at the Lakes hike, just 0.1 mile away, and the Cedar Creek and Snow Lake hikes are within about a mile and a half. Elkhorn Campground, about 2.8 miles off, is the closest place to camp.
