Miners Basin is a moderate out-and-back hike in the Moab Ranger District of Manti-La Sal National Forest in Utah, about 10.6 miles from the town of Castle Valley. The trail is managed by the Forest Service and runs about 5.2 miles round trip, with a one-way climb of roughly 1,080 feet from a low point of about 9,695 feet to a high of about 10,802 feet. The trail is natural-surface and allows horses, but not bikes. It is not an accessible route. Bachelor Basin, a mountain biking area, sits just 0.1 mile away, and the Gold Knob hike is about 0.6 mile off. Oowah Campground is about 2.6 miles away, and the La Sal Loop - Moab Front Recreation Area offers lake fishing about 3.7 miles away.
