Lynx #2 is an easy out-and-back hike in Utah, about 1.5 miles from Keetley Junction. The route is roughly 3.2 miles long, with a one-way elevation gain of 409 feet, taking you from a low point of about 6,670 feet to a high of about 7,100 feet. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Park City, at a similar elevation, show July highs around 80°F with lows near 53°F, while winter highs stay around 33°F. The trail sits close to several other outings. Fox Tail Trail and Lost Prospector are both within a quarter mile. Jordanelle State Park McHenry Campground and the Wasatch Back climbing area are each about 4 miles away.
