Bear Hole Trail is a short, easy out-and-back hike in Utah's Fishlake National Forest, within the Beaver Ranger District. The trail is about 1.3 miles long, with a one-way elevation gain of 310 feet, and it rises from a low point of about 8,956 feet to a high of about 9,303 feet. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail makes a quick addition to a day spent exploring the surrounding area. It sits close to several other routes, so it works well as a short stop or a link in a longer outing. South Bullion to Gold Hill lies just 0.2 miles away, and the Ten Mile hike is about 1.1 miles off. Mountain bikers can head to Skyline to South Edna Peak, roughly 1.4 miles away. For an overnight stay, Big John's Dispersed Camping is about 4.3 miles from the trail.
