A Journey Through Time Scenic Byway is a short, easy walk on Bureau of Land Management land in Utah's Richfield Field Office, about 0.2 miles long with a total elevation gain of 37 feet. The route rises from 7,083 feet to 7,134 feet, a gentle climb that makes it a quick stop rather than a full-day outing. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Torrey show May highs around 70°F and October highs around 62°F, while July averages climb to 87°F and winter highs sit in the upper 30s. The byway sits close to several other outings. North Slope Road is 0.7 miles away and the Great Western Trail - Fish Creek Section is 0.8 miles away.
