Buzzard's Roost is a climbing area in Enchanted Rock State Natural Area in Texas, a unit managed by State Park and Recreation. It sits among several other named climbing faces in the natural area, making it one stop in a compact cluster of rock rather than a standalone destination. For the most comfortable conditions, plan around spring or fall. Typical averages from the weather station at Llano, about 18.5 miles away, show March highs near 73°F and November highs near 71°F, while summer highs climb into the mid-90s. The closest neighbors are the East Face of Buzzard's Roost, the Southeast Face and the Southwest Face, all about 0.1 mile away.
