Point Trail Boulder is a bouldering area in the Obed Wild and Scenic River, a National Park Service unit in Tennessee. The surrounding land is managed by the National Park Service, and the boulders sit close to several other climbing and hiking spots. The bouldering here is all on rock, with five boulder problems graded from V4 to V8. The highest is Cellar Door at V8, and the route names include Disko Tek and Eve's Apple. The boulders are in a cluster, and the nearest climbing areas are Lilly Bluff and Hemlock Boulder, both about 0.2 miles away. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run to highs around 69°F in April and 70°F in October, while July highs average about 86°F. That station sits about 319 feet lower than the boulders, so temperatures on the rock may run a little cooler. The Lilly Bridge Trail and the Boulder Trail are both within a quarter mile, and the Point Trail is about a mile away. For an overnight stay, Rock Creek Campground (TN) is roughly 3.7 miles off.
