Ladies Delight is a climbing area in Tennessee's South Cumberland, a cluster of rock faces and routes that sit close together in the state's high country. It is a compact spot, with several other climbing areas within a few tenths of a mile, so it works well as a single stop or as part of a longer day on the surrounding crags. The area has seven routes, six of them sport and one a trad climb. The grades run from 5.7+ up to 5.12a, with the median at 5.10a. Daves crack is the trad route, and Rasta pasta is the hardest. Drama, a 5.11c, was first climbed by John Dorough. Fall is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from the nearby Monteagle weather station show October highs around 68°F with lows near 47°F, and September and October see the fewest wet days of the year. Winter is cold, with January highs in the mid-40s. Denny East is just 0.2 miles away, and Buffet Wall and Pig Wall are each about 0.3 miles off. For time on foot, the Fiery Gizzard Trail is roughly 2 miles away.
