Nvf Site
About
Nvf Site is a 26-acre state park in Delaware, about 1.6 miles from the town of Hockessin. It is managed by the state park agency, State Park and Recreation. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 75°F, with September also having the fewest wet days of the year. The Auburn Valley Trail starts just 0.2 miles away. Within about 6 miles you'll also find the Paper Mill Park Connector Trail, Brandywine Creek for river fishing, and Creekside Trail.
