Kennedy's Mill is a bouldering area in Pennsylvania, sitting about a tenth of a mile from the community of Kennedy Mill. It is a small cluster of boulders rather than a large crag, and its climbing is all on rock rather than on walls or in caves. The area has seven bouldering routes, all rated between V2-3 and V4-5 on the V scale. The easiest are Leprechauns Need Love at V2-3 and Elephants Have Dreams Too at V2+. Arachnaphobia and Dancing with the Stars are both V3+, and Headbangers' Ball is the hardest at V4-5. The routes are named with a mix of whimsy and alliteration, and several of them have first ascents credited to Clint Egnatz. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Slippery Rock show May highs around 69°F and September highs around 74°F, with July the warmest month at about 81°F. Other climbing areas lie about 2.7 miles away, including Rim Road Climbing Area, Island Block and Rappel Rock. For a walk, the Slippery Rock Gorge Trail (NCT) is about 2.8 miles off.
