Boulder View is a bouldering area in Rocky Ridge Park in Pennsylvania, about 0.2 miles from the Electric Cut climbing area and 0.5 miles from The Fins and Rocky Ridge. The park holds a cluster of bouldering spots, with Boulder View's own routes sitting among them. The climbing here is all bouldering, and the 14 routes range from V0- to V4, with most around V1-2. Flagger Force is the easiest at V0-, and Spyper Guts is the hardest at V4. The boulders make a compact base for a day of climbing close to the park's other crags. For timing, late spring and early fall are the most comfortable. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in York run from highs around 76°F in May to about 80°F in September, with July peaking near 88°F. That station sits a few hundred feet lower than the park, so temperatures on the boulders run a little cooler. The Mason-Dixon Trail is about 3 miles away for a hike, and Avalanche Xpress, a ski touring area, is about 3.8 miles off.
