Trolley Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in Fairmount Park in Pennsylvania, running about 2.8 miles out and back. The ride gains about 107 feet in elevation, and the highest point is around 247 feet. The trail is an out-and-back, with the steepest stretch at about 1.2 miles in, where the grade reaches 6%. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 76°F and October highs around 68°F, while July highs climb to about 89°F. The station sits a few hundred feet lower than the trail, so temperatures on the route run a little cooler.
